We are in the NICU have been since 1/24/26 (the day she was born) and will remain here for the next month and a half or so.. Baby girl was born weighing 14 ounces and is now 3.8 pounds. Still very very tiny with so many health issues.. The doctors just came in and advised us getting her two month vaccinations. She is my first child so I am curious to know if anyone has had these administered to their children and the outcomes? I did ask about the risks, side effects, and worse outcome scenarios. They STRONGLY advised on getting these done rather sooner than later. @toobaffled Be careful declining vaccines while baby is in NICU because if you cant be there 24/7 to supervise they may administer vaccines without consent if they have any reason to believe you are anti-vaxx Tell them you got a second opinion that recommends waiting until baby is 8 pounds.
