Here’s a little rant. Sometimes I really think about slowing down a bit on the platforms where I create content. You know why? Because Web3 is still one of the few spaces where inefficiency gets rewarded so often. You can focus on real users, maintain that kind of content, keep a real community alive, and put in the huge amount of work that takes... and a lot of the time, the focus still goes to fake views and metrics that don’t even generate real results for the company. You can show that people are actually using the games and dApps you cover, that guilds are active, that lobbies are full, that you consistently rank top in referrals, and that the projects and protocols you talk about are being used in real time... and somehow that still doesn’t get recognized the way it should. That part is exhausting. And I don’t blame the people who follow the meta. I’m just stubborn and always thinking long term. The lucky part is that most of the time I have skin in the game, so I still get to benefit as a user too. But in the end, this is the kind of thing that keeps me going. You can see in this image that some people have 130 straight streaks in my live streams. Not days. 130 streams without missing one. That’s real. And honestly, that’s the kind of thing that motivates me to keep building.
