Dana's design change over the years.
I originally was gonna go the 80s anime style assassin-type route for her, but ultimately went against it in the end.
I wanted to do something a bit more grounded while also being something I overall enjoyed making for myself.

(I played game with a friend and it wasn't very good, but I enjoyed the aesthetic more than anything else it had to offer)

Experimenting with character body groups.
I think I got the hang of organizing layers/folders by now. It's a pain in the ass, but I got a good system going. Naming stuff helps a lot.

@Vixel36142271 I'd recommend drawing various shapes and forms such as cubes and rectangular prisms before adding any significant detail. It's a good starting point for drawing almost anything really. From there, you can add more complexity, build on top of it

I routinely look at photo/drawing references all the time to create gear that suits my tastes. The hardest part of drawing tac gear is the perspective & various angles it's seen in. That WILL take some practice though.

@CalamityHex Glad to hear! The idea for these guys is to be the response team to riots and close quarter engagements. I'll be working on a dedicated heavy unit at some point.

@machine_devl Definitely like the version 2 update because the added attachment pieces to the armor do a lot to invoke the idea that this is something like jin roh and is this well armor suit with coverage.
