I wake up at 5am. Prayers/Coffee Walk 10mins to gym At gym by 5:45am. Weights til 7am. Cardio til 7:30am. Walk home Showered and at work by 8am (I work remotely) Work til 8pm. If I don’t need to work til 8pm I study from 5pm ish to 8pm. In bed by 10pm. Rinse. Repeat. X5

Let’s face it. Despite being a former British colony, as Anglophones a stone’s throw away from the US, the Bahamas has always orbited the US more than other West Indians. Cricket was the first to go.. and Sailing is a novel attempt at individuality. Truth is.. we play US sports.
