Our students who did not seek an ATAR also had a very successful 2024. The College distributed 100 VET Certificates (Certs, I, II or III) and 84 VET Statements of Attainment.

Congratulations to our 2024 College Dux, Milly McCabe, who achieved an ATAR of 99.65. In total, six of our students achieved a score above 99. More than a quarter of our students got an ATAR over 90!

On Monday, our Year 12 students received their results. The cohort achieved our highest AST score ever, which helped a number of our students achieve well beyond expectation. 96% of our ATAR seekers achieved an ATAR five points higher than their estimate!

As communicated by email, Transport Canberra has announced this morning that their bus services will not be operating today due to strike action. Students may need to organise alternative ways to get to and from school today if they usually catch Transport Canberra buses.

We said goodbye to the Class of 2024 today at the Year 12 Breakfast and Farewell Assembly. We wish all members of the Graduating Class the best of luck in their exams and we look forward to seeing them at the Graduation and Formal on 27 November!

On Wednesday, we will have a special recording of the MacKillop Podcast in the lead up to the ACT Election! We'll have a number of candidates coming into the studio to talk about a range of issues and policies ahead of this Saturday's election day!

Also elected were Christina Giannis (Faith+Community), Harry Miller (Sport), Maisie Roff (Performing Arts), Maya Rivera (Sustainability), and Alexander Kwiatkowski (Comms). Congratulations to these students! More SRC Elections will take place throughout the term.

Late last term, the College held the first round of our 2025 Student Leadership Elections. Congratulations to David Reyes and Phoebe Vassallo, who will be our 2025 College Captains!

Year 10 Urban Challenge bus update (Friday): Buses are a little ahead of schedule and should return around 5:30pm.

Year 7 Camp bus update (Friday): Buses are expected to return on time at 6:00pm. Please remember to park in the car parks or on the basketball courts, and keep the bus bays free.

Year 8 Pilgrimage bus update (Thursday): Our buses are on time to arrive at 8:30pm. Please remember to park on the basketball courts and to leave the bus bay free.

Year 8 bus update (Wednesday): 8F3 and 8F4 are set to return to school at 8:15pm. The other buses are likely to return just after 8:30pm.

Year 7 Camp 1 buses will start arriving at school from 5:45pm this evening (Wednesday).

Our Year 7 students are heading off to their camp in Collaroy this week! We hope you all enjoy it! Group 1 departed this morning, while Group 2 will head up on Wednesday.

Our Year 9 Outdoor Ed Camp buses are ahead of schedule and are now due to arrive around 4:45pm.
