@IamTheNinjaX 2 . In pic 1, the close of the 3rd candle on the TS indicates that the BSL liquidity around the TS is not sufficient to push the price downwards. In pic 2, the strong rejection on candles 3 and 4, after sweeping TS, shows strong BSL liquidity, enough to push the price downwards.
