Remember when the Red Sox would sign washed up RH power hitters like Jack Clark and Rob Deer types. We'd lament on how often they struck out but a 25 plus HR bat would be sweet right now. I miss Lou Gorman.

@baseballisdead_ @Pmattingly30 Impressed with Mr. Mattingly's journey. Mr.Mattingly is a guy to keep an eye on going forward. Future looks bright. Learning from Dave Dombrowski must be a great experience. Wish him and the Fightens well. I feel the same about Christopher Sanchez having more. l'll be watching.

@Jared_Carrabis Craig is in a tough spot. Cant be easy for him when other teams know the Sox don't wont longer contracts and would rather trade then spend big. There will be no sympathy from other GM's. Craig is going to have to really work his ass off.
