At various moments of CNBC's interview with GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen, the hosts laughed, exhaled, or raised their eyebrows. bit.ly/4u1hIVF

@peruvian_bull CNBC did the same hitjob on $OPEN. Ask @rabois what he thinks about Sara Eisen.

Based on $GME price action & the nonstop negative narratives currently being spun by mainstream financial media & social media accounts, I am now 99% convinced that there is something wrong with the plumbing behind $GME & that there is something being hidden from markets.

Funny how NVIDIA FUD doesn’t spread like wildfire the way GME FUD does.

@CNBC $GME How many people do they really need to interview a guest? Is it an interrogation? Ryan had a lot of patience. Always seems to have a script/agenda to push - weird vibes whenever I watch, compared to say @BloombergTV. Very, very odd. x.com/Ryan__Rigg/sta…

@zerohedge Michael Burry liquidated his fund, now makes a living selling Substack subscriptions. Terrible investment decisions since 2008 luckbox win. Oddest posts and behaviors on X. Did he ever even buy $GME, or was it simply a publicity stunt? Same Q's with his $NVDA and $PLTR shorts.

These accounts (and many more) have been pushing the ”sell tech” narrative to retail for days now. How are institutions really positioned? $GME

Anybody who has used $EBAY over the last 15 years knows that the company is garbage and could be tremendously more under better hands. I'm thinking $AMZN levels of better. RC may well be the guy to pull it off. $GME

@dampedspring This is pure idealism. In reality, institutions are run in short sighted ways because decision makers and stakeholders all have finite lives and so maximize near term benefits while ignoring long term impacts. Booms and busts are the only correcting mechanism.

Fed should cut short term interest rates by 50bp AND stop increasing its balance sheet AND stop reinvesting runoff proceeds in notes and bonds maturing 7 years and longer AND the Treasury should increase issuance in longer term treasuries in substantially excess of what the Fed stops buying

@ROLEX Moved on from Rolex a long time ago. Mediocre watches, hyped and worn by a mediocre crowd, peddled by shady dealers. Worst is your company sales strategy - no self-respecting individual should play your AD games. This is what the Rolex brand represents - sad.
