It doesn't take a Ross Perot at 19% to lose an election. In 2016 in PA, WI & MI,where Hillary Clinton only lost by 77k votes, 3rd party votes were >800k. Hillary would have won the Electoral College if not for 3rd party spoilers. She had the same number of votes as Obama 2012.

This is so disingenuous. The most successful 3d Party effort in modern times was Ross Perot, who won 19 percent of the vote. It is as certain as anything in politics that No Labels will be spoilers & highly likely in favor of Trump & the Republicans. reuters.com/world/us/third…

@rcooke899 I have an alarm that goes off at 4:00 p.m. to get me moving as much as I can if I haven't yet. Some days that means going out to the garden for a while, or taking my kid out on a walk somewhere. Sometimes it means taking the dog out to pee in the yard and coming back in.

The bill will do away with local rules that require water breaks for construction workers.
