@GergelyOrosz I usually don't to hardcore tech interviews, ie. "Invert a binary tree on this whiteboard", instead: "Describe a challenging problem that you solved recently at your company, and let's discuss how you solved it". Or: "Here's a piece of code, let's review it together"

Calling it now:
Onsite days and onsite loops will soon be back. Exactly like they were up to 2020. For mid-sized and above companies that do hybrid work.
First screening: phone/video. Then onsite day with 4-5 interviews, back-to back.
Hard to see this ending any other way.
