@OhnoU2Didnt I've run into an issue on the IRIS portal. When I attempt to download and print 1099-NECs I've submitted for my subcontractors, the zipped file comes back as unopenable. I've tried on a couple different computers. Is IRIS having issues that anyone knows about?

Government efficiency: IRS decides they are going to force small businesses to key in 1099 forms into the IRIS system. They used to be mailed to IRS. 1099 forms must be out by last day of January. Ironically the IRIS system went down Dec 3, 2024 for maintenance and still isn’t open. That is government efficiency for you
