@PicturesFoIder I remember going to a restaurant like this, and if I remember correctly the percentage that the employees were getting was so little that they only got like 2-5 dollars extra per table with said policy. So it sounds good on paper, but in reality, it isn’t really better for them

But it shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to calculate how much money a specific staff member should receive, or to determine whether that staff member has enough to eat and somewhere to sleep that night.

@CrazyVibes_1 @PicturesFoIder I'm on the fence about tipping. Both positions have merit to me. I think your statement "it is not the responsibility of the customer..." doesn't factor in who will pay the employees "a living wage." Either way, it's the customer.
