Just got to tell my mum something I’ve wanted to tell her for years. I told her that I don’t want to die anymore. All this time it’s been awful having to look at the woman who gave me life and tell her that I don’t want it. I made it mum ❤️ you don’t have to worry anymore.

Got a huge mat in my hair from where I was too depressed to look after myself and now I’m doing good I need to get it out but it’s just a bit long innit? Tell myself I won’t let it happen again every time it does but that never happens lmaoooo

How long did it take me to lose the cap off my ADHD meds bottle? Well I opened the new one on Wednesday and then by Thursday morning when I went to take my meds it didn’t have a lid 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m so sick of the executive dysfunction that comes with adhd. It sucks.

I’m so lucky to have found a job that I love with every bone of my body where my managers are so utterly wonderful and supportive 🥰

@CommunismCatz Thank you ❤️ I think it’s mostly side effects from my covid jab but I’m keeping an eye on it, my managers are really good at making sure I don’t work too much and stopping me from picking up shifts if I’m overdoing it without realising

Was so exhausted last night that I was asleep within an hour of getting home from work, didn’t turn my light off or get changed out of my clothes or even take my lanyard off and stayed like that for 15 hours 😂

In the past couple days I’ve done some washing and started tidying my depression pit and done a food shop and cooked actual meals. It’s not much but it’s a start and proves that I can get better ❤️‍🩹

I’m working tomorrow (I chose to) and I just video called my family to say merry Christmas and I’m a bit emosh now because it’s the second year running I’m not with them on Christmas Day and I miss themmmmm

@jayblake_ Thankyou! I love my job and I’m super excited to work Christmas - I actively wanted to and signed up for it but a little part of me just wants to go home haha

@madeleinesteel So sorry to read this, and sorry for the loss of your friend. I don’t know you nor your beloved friend. Can only guess that she would be glad that you’re still here, finding some good things, and working with a team you care about.

Tomorrow is three years since my friend died. I don’t want to have lived 3 years without her :(

I just saw a shooting star and for a little while I couldn’t think of a wish because I’m so genuinely happy in this moment that I didn’t have anything I could hope would get better💫🥰

Moved house today, don’t live forever away from work anymore and I’m closer to people I feel safe around. I like this place, maybe I’ll stay here a little longer than I have in other ones. Maybe I’ll have somewhere that feels like home ❤️
