unrelated to usual content sorry, but i think there’s a fandom just not in the usual way. there’s still people here with pmmm based accs, but it’s prime was 2011-2013 and when the movie keeps getting delayed, it lessens the excitement for people! + twitter algorithm is horrific

There is no madoka magica fandom. No madoka OCs, no madoka theories. All there is are aesthetic accounts and surface level gimmicks screaming YURIIIIIII every 3 seconds cuz they saw the show once in 2021 with their eyes closed and then never again.

i think most pmmm fans engaged with it earlier on + most of us are older now, we’ve seen most theories and the series is over a decade old which is fine! but there isn’t much more to be said until walpurgis no kaiten releases to reinvigorate everyone
