being gluten free is one of my biggest insecurities and there’s nothing i can do about it. how hard is it to respect people’s dietary restrictions and health.

i have seen clips of someone literally complaining that if a date orders something gluten free, it’s an immediate no. i have gone my whole life with my condition not being taken seriously until it almost killed me. my own parents don’t even cook for me, they never have.
