Vincent is a One Piece fan, an action tard, and a French. He wants One Piece to be number one (as it should), and i highly believe that everyone wanted that extension on 1121 to be on screen, but remember that Vincent hated the anime while growing up and he's also a Manga Tard, so he'll always go as extra as he can to make One Piece as great as he can. Yet, One Piece (currently) isn't what Vincent's vision wants, but he'll stay on the ride (whenever he cans). Like it or not, Vincent has a lot of freedom on One Piece, and hopefully he'll get more with these two Series Directors on command.

Later, he uses Omen again, and the weapon changes into a black blade called Nemesis. -We see Imu and Joyboy laughing together, and Imu tells him that domination is what brings peace to the world. -Imu's sword, Nemesis, has the epithet "Blade of Heavenly Divine Punishment"

@selentelechia Me!!! That’s why your hair gets oily really fast. I personally wash my hair 3 times. First for surface level dirt/grime. Second for deep cleaning/massaging your scalp (where the suds/bubbles come in) and third for an overall wash (i have long hair so this is a must for me)
