I still cannot believe this is a video game! This indie developer is making an intergalactic 2 player co-op title set in a retro anime world. It's called Orbitals, will you play this?

@Riftwalkergame The Moonlight rays and silhouettes created look great. Gives real depth. I even like that it becomes harder to see at night with limited light sources. Too many games make it "easier" for the player by giving these weird light sources... kinda takes you out of the game.

This is absolutely hilarious.

Getting emotional scrolling through X was not on my bingo card today. Also, thats awesome. He could be a sort of legendary figure who first discovered the power of the rift. Like the first master jedi - type of thing. Only because he was the first it was raw and powerful and it took his life too early. BUT, in this world, when you die in the rift you become part of it, so his soul is part of what gives life to the world of the rift walker. Sorry, I was rambling. =)

For my son Devin’s heavenly birthday today, I spent it creating this in memory of him. Everyone meet my son, now forever in my game… Devin the Lightwalker. Every world needs a light. Today, I gave mine a name.

@jpalmiotti I used to live in Cocoa Beach. And one of my favorite things was to watch the shuttle/rocket launches. And the sonic booms that were heard when the shuttle returned...man those are good memories.
