@mafroart @hanacommision Artmoots is short for art mutuals*, and it refers to artists who do things like Following, Liking and retweeting posts etc to each other, that is, mutually... It depends on the specific users, but they also can engage in art trades or whatever * or,in my case,art mewtuals... :3
