This is what a 7-year-old little girl looked like when she arrived at a Swedish hospital - bleeding profusely from her lower abdomen.
Her Somali migrant family said it was a “bicycle accident.”
It wasn’t.
It was genital mutilation.
Inside a mosque.
And Swedish authorities tried to bury it.
Doctors said immediately the wounds were NOT consistent with a fall - they were caused by a sharp object, fully consistent with Type 4 FGM.
Yet the case was closed in 2023.
Only a year later - after the child bravely spoke again -did the truth come out. She said:
• She had been drugged
• She had been “stitched up”
• It happened on a mattress inside the mosque on Kungsgatan
• Operated by the Katrineholm Islamic Cultural Association (KIKF) — funded by Swedish taxpayers
Police reopened the case - and wiretaps blew everything apart.
Secret recordings captured family members:
• Coaching children on what to say
• Rehearsing the fake bicycle story
• Telling a child: “Don’t tell anything”
• Planning what each witness would claim
Now three Somali migrants have been charged:
• 34-year-old mother (dual citizenship — Sweden cannot deport her)
• 39-year-old father
• 24-year-old female family friend
Prosecutors say all three acted together and in concert to mutilate the girl inside the mosque between June 1 and July 12, 2022.
The crime is classified as particularly aggravated assault - one of Sweden’s most serious charges.
And the evidence doesn’t stop there:
The mother is also charged with beating another child.
The father is charged with assaulting two more children, kicking one so hard the child fell, and pushing another to the ground and kicking them again, one case rising to child endangerment.
This was not an accident.
This was not “miscommunication.”
This was a pattern of violence - protected by silence and a political culture terrified of confronting Islamic migrant enclaves.
This is what Sweden allowed.
This is what happens when a nation is too afraid to speak the truth.
Now ask yourself, America:
Why do you think so many mosques here are being built as fortresses, turning into self-contained no-go-zone mini-cities, complete with their own “medical clinics” attached?
