After running 19.00 mins Tues I surprised myself with a new parkrun PB this morning of 19.04 and have to give credit to @ev_runs when we started last March I was an occasional sub 20 now I'm banging on the 18 door and that's without targeting the 5k distance ..Top Coach 👍
