each sub-niche in the info space goes through these 5 stages
and whether you can recognize them or not determines how good of a marketer you are:
1. untapped
a new money glitch appears and some people make money with it.
dropshipping in 2018
indian method in 2023
AI automation in 2024
if you ran up a play like this and started selling info, the market gives you unlimited momentum and it's extremely easy to sell
if your offer and marketing are even remotely decent, you will print
2. growing
now a bigger part of the industry is aware of this niche and competition starts to appear. still pretty easy to sell tho because the demand outweighs the supply
at this stage you should introduce a strong offer above all else, otherwise you will lose in the long run
this is currently happening in niches like prediction markets
3. saturated
not actually saturated.
everyone in the info space is aware of this sub-niche and there's constantly new offers being pushed
coaches with weak offers and not enough traffic will become irrelevant unless they adapt quickly
this stage is mostly a traffic game. if you already have an established brand OR are consistently going viral, you'll do good
4. dead
everybody runs the same funnel and it's harder to stand out. larpers are everywhere and there's a couple big names printing while the rest are struggling
trying to compete at this stage is low ROI (if you don't have a very unique angle) and you're better off pivoting
5. reborn
something new was introduced into the sub-niche. could be a resource, platform or a concept that makes an impact on the whole space
AI for ecom
prop firms for trading
polymarket for gambling
this stage is basically a sophisticated version of the untapped stage, except everything happens quicker
here, the best play is to run an already proven funnel, add a few tweaks to your content and sell to your existing audience at first with minor offer adjustments
as a coach/marketer you need to be able to identify which stage the niche is at rn
each of these stages requires a different approach and if you can't adapt to these market shifts...
NGMI buddy.
If you’re a dropshipper and you haven’t pivoted to saas you’re a moron
Better margins, subscription, and the average competitor has zero understanding direct response marketing
I spent YEARS off social media for this reason, and I took pride in it
“Why am I gonna spend time tweeting everyday when the most opinionated ppl, the people who talk the most are often the ones who know the least”
But how else are you supposed to grow on socials?
an operator needs their data more than they need anything else
there is no marketing without proper tracking & attribution
because data is how you make decisions that lead to growth, and how you can tell whether the decisions you’ve already made have led to growth or prevented it
claude is scared of writing copy that could ever possibly convert someone.
gemini doesn't listen to instructions anymore.
chatgpt is over confident and retarded.
and i cant be fucked using other models.
long live the pen and paper & the "2026 program"
@ChereneAubert i feel like most of projects people are coding with ai are simple enough that both models will do perfectly well
unless you're doing some complex ass work it's pretty much the same
I studied a lot of group/crowd psychology, and you'd think that it smoothly applies to ads or marketing but it doesn't
think about how people receive information today
someone who saw you're ad was probably doomscrolling
in that moment they're all alone, probably in bed
that's why ICPs target ONE person. one persona of a multiple of people
you hit that person when they are an individual more often than in a crowd
because if they're in a crowd, you need to approach them differently since they'll be under the influence of a "group mind"
