I tried your website, logging in, only to find you don't think I have any subscriptions. This magazine in my hand begs to differ. The label says I'm subscribed through January 2025. I WANT A REFUND LIKE I ASKED! Y'all just out here ripping people off.

Hey @magazines @people When Entertainment Wkly stopped publishing a physical magazine, I got a notice asking if I wanted to switch to People or get a refund. I requested a refund. Apparently you chose to ignore it. Why waste paper asking me what I want?
