@crystalkyber_ i understand why it might have looked like an influx from the outside, but many of those accounts are friends of mine who joined together from other platforms with me! my concern was about the assumptions being made about intent, not denying that people noticed activity.

this was not a negative post at all. Its to reflect and have conversations about the state of the community. if youre genuine then its not about you. you have to understand it wasnt just a few people, it was a large amount of influencers who were not engaging with the community but eager to tag swagmin, and it all happened in one day. which is notable! and worth talking about!

not everyone joining is here for pr or "swagmins attention"... most of us are just star wars fans who want to engage in the community on multiple platforms. painting all newcomers that way is pretty dismissive and creates the exact negativity people are worried about... :/

My 5 year old daughter is obsessed with the Anzellan toys that have come out for The Mandalorian & Grogu movie. I got her an Anzellan plushie & showed her some of Grogu’s scenes with them and now she runs around with her Grogu & Anzellan plushies saying “bad baby!” 🤣
