Magic Patterns
@magicpatterns
AI design tool loved by enterprises and startups to go from idea to production. Try for free.

Review of a few AI design tools: - @claudeai design: Solid, "get stuff done" tool. Design system first is a good direction. Ironically, for a design tool, the canvas experience is surprisingly clunky. - @magicpatterns: Surprisingly underrated, rarely see it mentioned. Product experience esp. the versioning/review system is thoughtful. Also in the "get stuff done" category, on par with Claude, more structured. - @variantui: Great for exploration/brand design, but difficult to direct. Can feel like a generated Pinterest board, likely best for starting a new project. Complementary to other tools, leads in taste. - @stitchbygoogle: Has its moments but I wouldn't pick this for exploration or "get stuff done". Highest variance in output of the group. Prone to producing really dated looking stuff.
