@canucksgrande I really like them too. It's like a breath of fresh air, to see them in love, happy, and committed. There's so much darkness on the show right now, they bring a necessary lightness and contrast.

@chiarachampagne When I read Jack resorting to a nuclear option I thought he would convince Nikki they should pretend to be involved as he had proposed and she nixed. Glad that did not pan out bc it would have been so childish and stupid. Hope his plan to use Patti against Victor pans out.

@KingMinos777 Victor loves to spoil Nikki. Nikki loves to be spoiled, what woman wouldn't. But, his gifts alone is not why she reconciles with him, she reconciles with him because she is in love with him. Diane's leeching ass ALSO loved being spoiled by Victor herself!

Catching up on a week's worth of #YR and despite my loathing of all things Diane Jenkins, I did enjoy her throwing up to Nikki the fact that all Victor's bribes masquerading as gifts, including cars and jewelry, always lead to a #Niktor reconciliation. Well-played and 💯% true.

@YR1978 Victor was ruthless, but not heartless. He had certain boundaries he wouldn't cross and if he did go too far, he would feel remorse and guilt. Some of the things they have had him doing for the last 20 years has been way OTT from his earlier days.

@magkatcar I agree. I watched the plot of Niktor in the 80s/90s, online. Because I wasn't born yet. Victor was a lovable scoundrel in the business world, but so was Jack. I don't remember him being so ruthless. However the best Victor for me, was the period '98/99 & then the early 2000s

Reading the Y&R recaps, I wonder if the writers are "copy&past" the 2009/2011 plots🤔 Because, at times, it feels like I'm rereading that. Kudos!😏I see they're very imaginative in writing new plots.🥱 When are they retiring? 🤦‍♀️& why always ruin Victor?🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ NoN&VnoY&R🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️

Totally agree with this statement. Billy has been wonderful with Sally . Adam was the jerk . Some people only see what they want you to see . Billy does see his kids when his vicious wife lets him #yr

@DestinyWoman10 @chiarachampagne It's amusing to me. It's so transparent why some people keep pushing this abuse narrative, but the actual character that emotionally abused Sally, they desperately want her with. So, the math ain't mathing.

@magkatcar @chiarachampagne If pod Adam disappeared and the Adam who was once such a great character reappeared I as an Ally fan would also probably prefer Sally with him. But liking a couple does not mean saying things that are not happening on screen. As you said Katrina let's be for real.

@VazquezPam @SharonKCMO @TheBoldNorthGal That's one of the reasons why Victor does have a point. That night got to a point it didn't have to get. Jack should have at least called the dude and let him know what was up. Victor was worried sick and neither one bothered to call him all night!
