As much as I disagree with sitting outside an empty house for months on end and turning it into a grift, I also disagree with the allegation contained in the Pima County Sheriff’s interim complaint against Alex Zabel claiming he urinated in front of his camera. With as many people watching and recording those streams, something like that likely would have been clipped and spread across social media immediately. I have not seen evidence supporting that claim. Two things can be true at the same time. I can disagree with what Alex was doing and still question allegations that don’t appear to be supported by evidence. Likewise, I don’t agree with resisting deputies.

Well, the deputies are under no obligation to tell him why immediately. This is per Devenpeck v. Alford, a federal law that Arizona follows.
