It’s from a professional bass fishing tournament where teams are comprised of two teammates per boat with several boats entered in the tournament. Winners are determined by the total weight of all the fish they catch. That guy and his partner were stuffing the fish they caught with fishing weights a cut up fish filets so that their fish would weigh more. I think they had won several hundreds of thousands worth of prize money that season along with a new boat or truck. Not 100% sure that all of the above is completely accurate but it was something along those lines (I don’t follow bass fishing at all but this story fascinated me).
