Bittersweet, but my time at the Wormhole Foundation has come to an end.
Wormhole will always have a special place in my heart, and I leave believing it's one of the most impactful places in crypto to work
To Foundation Leadership, who put their trust in me early and often and showed me the level of detail and work ethic required to contribute to an industry-leading protocol- I can't thank you guys enough.
To my colleagues, who showed me how to grind and whose advice and mentorship will have a lasting impact on my life and career.

1/ Today we’re publishing Crypto and the Evolution of the Capital Markets. Skeptics like to say crypto is a solution in search of a problem, but in reality, it’s an answer to a decades-old one that the traditional securities markets still haven’t fixed: the lack of a more direct, efficient, and trustless system for owning and trading assets. Blockchain and tokenization represent a natural evolution of the capital markets, the same way the move away from paper stock certificates did, half a century ago.

Forcing function to question the status quo in your industry or company -- pushes you to proactively think critically about decisions that would normally be reserved for those in power
Answers might be wrong at the outset but it's the type of thinking that over time builds a mentality of ownership and makes you more effective
