in crypto, airdrops matter. a lot if you do them badly, the community won’t forget - and the project will suffer no project builds long-term trust after failing its airdrop your future success depends on the future airdrops you promised

Filtering activity ahead of airdrops is incredibly hard. I've talked to many teams pre-TGE, and basically you can't really win this. Every airdrop gets sybilled, the big ones at a tremendous scale. So what can you do? Go Monad-style and aggressively filter out most farmers (sometimes even by country) at the risk of alienating your users. Or airdrop to everyone, which either dilutes allocations or means accepting that a large percentage of tokens will end up in sybil clusters. Gonna be interesting to see how Polymarket, Base, and OpenSea approach this

Built my first bot with @arbital_xyz and results are insane! Already got 2.7 bps in fees → only $270 per $1M volume. Delta-neutral on Dango pays 3.8 bps taker fee, so this setup is 29% cheaper 🤯 Need to test more variants and bigger sizes, but these numbers look promising.
