I've genuinely seen so much ppl baby Riddle it was so annoying 😭😭 and you are right. A lot of people should stop acting like a critic or talking about a flaw of a character is something bad or hateful.

the way sebek and silver are based off of maleficents magic and the princess she wanted dead and people still don’t get that them being malleus’ knights and their view on it isn’t healthy or normal at all

@wlfofwallstre3t while Seb has his own, just like Lilia has online gaming/playing pranks or Malleus loves ruin explorations, Silver has none. Their hobbies help to dive further into their characterisation, even in subtle ways, stripping that from Silver is what people complain about 💔

@wlfofwallstre3t his SSR TNBC vignette when talking about love with Sally, or in the main story when he calls out Deuce for having empty books in his dream realm. He also starts to get closer with the 1st yrs by recommending them books. The only one I’ve seen people complain about is Silver, bc

@NeenLevi was more powerful. At least for me, I don’t think that counts as excusing his actions, when even Malleus regretted them & apologised. But Idk if for other fans that counts as ‘justifying it’ or being apologetic towards him 🫢

@NeenLevi were about to do. They NEVER apologised or showed any remorse in later books, when it was targeted against him, while Malleus UM wasn’t targeted to hurt them, & he still apologised to EVERYONE at the end of B7. In other words, is like they vilify him more than other OBs bc his UM
