अधीर रंजन हारे, गौरव गोगोई हारे, एम.के. स्टालिन हारे, ममता बनर्जी तक अपनी सीट नहीं बचा पाईं—इससे साफ है कि चुनावी नतीजे साधारण प्रक्रिया का परिणाम नहीं लगते। चुनावी हेरफेर कोई आसान काम नहीं होता; इसमें केवल ईवीएम ही नहीं, बल्कि रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर, स्थानीय प्रशासन और पुलिस मशीनरी की भी भूमिका हो सकती है। जिस तरह से चुनिंदा सीटों को निशाना बनाकर बड़े नेताओं को हराया जाता है, वह गंभीर संकेत देता है। पिछली बार भी ऐसे टार्गेटेड अप्रोच देखने को मिले थे। इसलिए ज़रूरी है कि इसे सिर्फ ईवीएम तक सीमित न रखें—एक सीट को प्रभावित करने के लिए कई रणनीतियाँ साथ-साथ काम करती हैं। #Congress

My sense about West Bengal, and Ms Mamata is clear. She will now fight it out in a structured and organised manner on the streets. Though many near and dear ones will desert her, but she will not stop. The govt. would be spooked and avoid harming her as much as possible. She just will go on and on about vote chori. Notice carefully: she is the only regional leader who has openly and loudly claimed "100 seats stolen" and is going hammer and tongs on it. Neither Udhav, nor Tejaswi, nor the Huddas, nor Pattnaik ever fought back. They meekly accepted the most unexpected outcomes and went into their shells depressed for a long time. Even Rahul. This is the moment to rejuvenate the INDIA alliance, if Rahul Gandhi really has the mettle, the willingness, the grand vision and the desire to be on the streets every single day till 2029. Take everyone along. Swallow bitter pills. Hug everyone. Accommodate all. Tough ask. But no other way. Acid test of leadership for all. Thanks to Modi.

यह कोई नई बात नहीं है. @yadavakhilesh के राज में २०१४ में नोएडा में ELECTION OFFICERS बच्चू सिंह और साथियों ने ऐसी तिकड़म लडाई कि स्वामी अप्रतिमानंदा जी के नामांकन को रद्द कर दिया गया ताकि वे लोकसभा का चुनाव ना लड़ पाएं. इन जाहिलों ने स्वामी जी के मुँह पर कह दिया था - "देखते हैं कहाँ तक भागते हो" सारा मामला @insaaneyatparty ने तब जोर शोर से उठाया था. कुछ नहीं हुआ. हुआ यह कि election commission ने अपनी website से स्वामी अप्रतिमानंदा जी के नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने के तथ्य को भी गायब कर दिया. मोदी सरकार ने तो नियम ही बना डाला की इस बारे में website पर कोई भी जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं रहेगी बाद में 2017 में नोएडा से @insaaneyatparty के प्रत्याशी यशपाल मौर्य सहित ३५ उम्मीदवारों का नामांकन जान बुझ कर रद्द किया गया फालतू के टेक्निकल कारण बता कर ताकि home minister रजनाथ सिंह का लड़का पंकज बिना चुनोती विधान सभा चुनाव जीत जाए. अर्थात, सत्ता में कोई भी पार्टी हो, वो election machinery का दुरूपयोग करती ही है. देश को भगवान् ही बचाये. @GeneralBakshi @madhukishwar @RSSorg @nytimes @rautsanjay61 @ArvindKejriwal @BhagwantMann @Jairam_Ramesh @priyankagandhi #indiandemocracy #democracyindanger #democraticdiscussion

राहुल गांधी भूल जाएं, कांग्रेस भूल जाए, इस देश में टीएमसी की हार पर हो हल्ला मचाने वाले यकीनन भूल गए हैं,मैं नहीं भूल सकता ममता और अखिलेश की कारगुज़ारियों को। दिसंबर 2025 में ​संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान, राहुल गांधी ने चुनाव आयोग और SIR की प्रक्रिया पर कई महत्वपूर्ण सवाल उठाए थे। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने आरोप लगाया था कि चुनाव आयोग और सत्तारूढ़ दल की मिलीभगत से मतदाता सूची में अनियमितता और वोट चोरी हो रही है। संसदीय बहस के दौरान, राहुल गांधी ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त और अन्य चुनाव आयुक्तों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया और चयन पैनल से भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) को हटाने का मुद्दा उठाया। उन्होंने मांग की कि चुनाव आयोग की निष्पक्षता और चुनावी प्रक्रिया की गड़बड़ियों पर सदन में एक विस्तृत चर्चा होनी चाहिए। लेकिन ममता बनर्जी और अखिलेश यादव ने गुटबंदी कर ली। अखिलेश यादव ने चुनावी सुधारों और चुनाव आयोग की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल तो उठाए, लेकिन वे पूरी तरह से इस बहस को एक आक्रामक टकराव का मुद्दा बनाने के पक्ष में नहीं थे। उनका जोर जमीनी स्तर पर चुनावी तंत्र को मजबूत करने पर अधिक था। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के रुख में भी कांग्रेस से भिन्नता दिखी। ममता बनर्जी और उनकी पार्टी ने संसद के समय का उपयोग अन्य मुद्दों पर बहस करने के लिए चुना और खड़गे बाबा और राहुल गांधी की गुजारिश के बावजूद इस विशेष मुद्दे पर कांग्रेस के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर सदन के बहिष्कार या हंगामे में शामिल होने से दूरी बनाए रखी। ​ फिर क्या हुआ ? ​सपा और टीएमसी की अनिच्छा के कारण I.N.D.I.A. गठबंधन में एकरूपता नहीं बन पाई।भाजपा ने वन्दे मातरम् की 150वीं वर्षगांठ और अन्य ऐतिहासिक मुद्दों की ओर चर्चा मोड़ दिया। ठीक पांच महीने बाद ममता बनर्जी इसी SIR इसी चुनाव आयोग की वजह से हार गईं।

जो लोग विपक्ष का समर्थन करते हैं और ममता बनर्जी जी की हार पर सुबह से जश्न मना रहे हैं, और जिन्हें लगता है कि सभी क्षेत्रीय पार्टियाँ समाप्त हो जाएँगी तथा केवल दो राष्ट्रीय पार्टियाँ आमने-सामने रह जाएँगी, उनसे मैं कहना चाहती हूँ कि पश्चिम बंगाल का चुनाव केवल तृणमूल कांग्रेस बनाम भारतीय जनता पार्टी नहीं था, बल्कि यह तृणमूल कांग्रेस बनाम चुनाव आयोग, तृणमूल कांग्रेस बनाम केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सीएपीएफ), तृणमूल कांग्रेस बनाम धनबल, और तृणमूल कांग्रेस बनाम पूरे केंद्रीय तंत्र का मुकाबला था। इसलिए, ममता बनर्जी जी की हार का जश्न मनाने से पहले आपको हज़ार बार सोचना चाहिए। ये क्षेत्रीय पार्टियाँ जनाधार पर आधारित हैं, वे फिर लौटेंगी; लेकिन जो लोग इस तरह के अन्याय या धांधली का जश्न मना रहे हैं, उन्हें अपने रुख पर विचार करना चाहिए।

Sir pls look into Orissa, we the real dedicated soldiers of congress party ingnored. . I myself served congress for last 32 years in district Baleswar as President, DYC, General Secretary OPCC and lastly DCC President for Five years, fought with BJP,RSS from street to social media and booked in two case i.e one by former union minister and MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi in Baleswar court and another by Union minister Hardeep Puri daughter Humayani Puri for a social media post in Delhi high court. But now no body is in the party support me after approaching top to bottom of the party. Sir inspired by your call “Daro Mat” I am still fighting with BJP, RSS. But when a dedicated, senior worker like me not get support from party then what about normal worker? I was.. I am .. आप कितने भी गणित लगा लें—पर्मुटेशन, कॉम्बिनेशन, समीकरण—ज़मीनी हकीकत नहीं बदलती। सच यह है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में अखिलेश यादव की सरकार बनती नहीं दिख रही। कांग्रेस-बसपा साथ आएँ, कांग्रेस-एसपी गठबंधन करें या सब अलग-अलग लड़ें—नतीजे की दिशा ज़्यादा नहीं बदलती। हकीकत सीधी है: योगी आदित्यनाथ की वापसी की संभावना सबसे मज़बूत है। चुनाव सिर्फ दलों से नहीं, पूरी मशीनरी और सिस्टम की ताकत से भी लड़े जाते हैं। मतभेदों और अंदरूनी रणनीतियों की बातें अपनी जगह हैं, लेकिन ज़मीन पर समीकरण अलग हैं। हाँ, एक फैक्टर ज़रूर है—योगी का उभरता कद, जो उन्हें राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में बड़ा दावेदार बनाता है। यही एक चीज़ है जो समीकरण बदल सकती है। कांग्रेस के लिए साफ संदेश: भावनाओं से नहीं, रणनीति से लड़ें। 2029 को ध्यान में रखते हुए लंबी लड़ाई की तैयारी करें। क्षेत्रीय दलों का कमजोर होना ही कांग्रेस के लिए नया स्पेस और नई ऊर्जा लेकर आ सकता है—चाहे कोई माने या न माने, यही राजनीतिक यथार्थ है।

What happens next in a hung assembly (Indian constitutional process): The Governor invites the single largest party, here TVK with 107 seats to form the government. TVK gets the first chance: TVK leader (actor Vijay) will be invited to take oath as Chief Minister and form a government (it can be a minority government or with post-poll support). TVK is short by 11 seats (107 + 11 = 118). They will need support from smaller parties (INC, PMK, IUML, CPI) or ADMK. Floor test (confidence vote): Within a short time decided by the Governor (usually 7–15 days or even sooner), TVK must prove its majority on the floor of the Assembly through a vote of confidence.If they win → TVK government is formed (Vijay becomes CM). If they fail → Governor can invite the next largest combination. If no one can form a stable government: The Governor can recommend President’s Rule under Article 356 of the Constitution. The Assembly is kept in suspended animation or dissolved, and fresh elections may be called after some time.

“Where BJP doing mistakes ??” BJP has done no mistakes. They anticipated votebanks getting alienated. So they have rigged the electoral system in their favour. 1. Changed how the Chief Commissioner is decided. It will always be the PM’s choice. LOP’s objection will always get overruled. 2. Changed laws to give the Commissioner total immunity from any crime he has to commit to rig elections in BJP’s favour. 3. Changed VVPAT machines, made them opaque! 4. Resisted 100% VVPAT counting. 5. Stopped announcing absolute numbers of votes caste, published in %. No one will know how many fake votes have been added. 6. Cannot explain why number of votes polled increases long after voting has ended. It’s fake votes getting added. 7. Will not release CCTV footage. 8. Deletes records early. 9. Rampant tampering of voters lists, addition of fake voters. In Modi’s India, Electoral democracy is dead. This has been long time in planning. MODI CAN NOW WIN ANY ELECTION HE NEEDS, EVEN IF NO ONE VOTES FOR HIM.
