Can't claim victory yet but proud of what Kairos has turned into as of now. 3 days ago my @Polymarket weather trading bot had $6 dollars. After almost 2 months, the weather prediction strategy was executing without bugs. No clean runs yet. Bot's been handling 100% of the entries, while collecting data and improving our edge. Many entries have been amazing in hindsight. I've been handling most exits (trading strategy), until today. Wanted to see how I traded this new (weather) market to replicate it. Today it has $13+. 2xd it's port in 2 days. I had 3 simple goals for the trading strategy: 1) verifying my bot has an edge/discovering how big with the min cost possible 2) staying alive (bankroll). Iterations/trades are the most valuable events for the development of the strategy/bot 3) increase the amount I can iterate/trade. Increase the bankroll Designed it accordingly: First, the bot takes 50% at 2x (there's a lot of spread so it takes only when it actually is a 2x) on ANY trade, then it differentiates a bit. For cheap, long shot trades (under 6c per share), it treats that 2x TP as the floor, and then it takes the next 50% at 3x after that. Then, let's the rest ride. If I were to buy at 2c per share, at 4c (2x) it'd take 50% (2), again take 50% of whats left at 3x, or 12c (3), letting 33% of the original total ride (1) For the medium (7c to 30c-ish per share), it takes the same 50% at 2x(2), then it takes again 50% at 2x from that (3), after that, it lets it ride(1), but at the same time, it sets a full SL at 1.6x from the first tp(3 again). For more expensive trades (30c+ per share), it takes the 50% at 2x then sets full SL at a 1.5x entry. Now I'll see it execute by itself for the first time. First part was building the edge in weather with data and math. Second part was designing a trading strategy that fits my edge and goals. Feeling like christmas every day. I also believe that it doesn't matter what happens now, I will not stop until this bot makes me money in my sleep.
