@singhcredible 💯I had a rough time with my 1st “long” run of 6 miles during training & thought there’s no way I’m gonna be able to do 26.2. But a coworker of mine (thanks @majorsochs !) told me to just trust the process & keep moving. If I can do it, anyone can. You just have to stick with it.

That person passing you on the trail? They once struggled to run 1 minute. That marathon finisher? They once couldn't run a mile. The only real difference between you and them? Time and consistency. Just keep going.
