@qweenbeeval That sounds great I should suggest that my doctor & therapist is currently suggesting me anti anxiety meds.. I honestly this is kinda a sensitive topic so I'll keep it short. I have PTSD around medication so it's hard for me to take any type of medicine. But I'm working on it :")

@makeahcurry that sounds like a really stressful experience in itself, im sorry you had to go through that :( i would suggest consulting a doctor about taking beta blockers. i take them for an unrelated medical issue but they're mainly used for slowing heart rate! they're also very accessible

Me having an overactive heart that beats 120. My doctor said I can die of sudden death cus my heart can get tired and I sometimes just think about it and cry

@qweenbeeval I had multiple ultrasound and X-rays for my heart I was runned through sm tests overnight etc 6 days in total. They didn't give me anything really they kinda blamed it on my anxiety issues? But when I saw another doctor they said I have tachycardia and I'm at risk? So..?
