Chelsea Football Club, and everything else that's interesting.

1 - Enzo Maresca is the first manager in Premier League history to leave his club on New Year's Day. Resolute.

I started watching Chelsea because of my brother. He was a massive fan, and naturally, I just assumed I was one too. My first season following the club was the 2011/12 campaign, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. We won the Champions League. That magical night didn’t just make me happy; it made me fall completely in love with the club. But for me, “that” wasn’t just about lifting a trophy. It was about discovering what Chelsea truly represents, the topsy-turvy, unpredictable nature of life itself. In just the last four years alone, we’ve gone through everything: the highs, lows, chaos, rebuilding, heartbreak, and hope. Through it all, the one constant has always been Chelsea somehow finding a way. Thinking back, the players and managers who shaped my love for the club made that feeling even stronger. Eden Hazard, without question, is my favourite. When he was on the pitch, I never once felt the game was over. He could create something out of absolutely nothing. Frank Lampard is a very close second, not just for his goals, but for what he stood for. And when it comes to managers, no one comes close to José Mourinho for me. Because of them, Chelsea has given me memories I’ll carry for life, such as watching Lampard score his 200th goal, Hazard’s breathtaking solo run against Arsenal, and of course, lifting the 2014/15 Premier League trophy with Mourinho. Looking ahead, I’m genuinely excited about the future of the Premier League. The reach of the Premier League has grown unbelievably since the time I began watching, and seeing more kids fall in love with football because of that is something I truly appreciate. With new technologies, higher standards, and the sport evolving constantly, the game is only heading upward. And like always, I can’t wait to see what’s next for Chelsea and for the Premier League as a whole. @ChelseaFC | @makhayanitini
