been quietly building this week and there's more to it than what you've seen here's what's else is new on @Maktabook: export got big upgrade better PDF and Markdown output and DOCX now supported Quran search is more accurate when inserting Quran/Hadith from search you can now choose inline or block you can now duplicate a page from the sidebar and when you open Maktabook it now opens right where you left off always building inshallah try it: maktabook.app

@Maktabook on iPad just got a lot better had some issues reported by tablet users like not being able to create a notebook 🫣 fixed that (and more) and improved the overall editor experience too if you use it on iPad, how does it feel? if something still feels off or you'd like anything improved let me know 👇 try it: maktabook.app

i built @Maktabook because i was fed up with Notion constant tab switching every time a Quran verse came up turns out I wasn't the only one Alhamdulillah, 400+ people felt the same way but this message from Anas meant more this is why i do this 💚 try it: maktabook.app

did you know @Maktabook has Hadith search? we've all been there before your Ustadh mentions a Hadith in a lesson you remember a phrase or two but not the exact reference just type what you remember and it’ll pull it up for you and with yesterday's update search now works in Arabic too so whatever language your translation is set to Arabic works alongside it try it: maktabook.app

yesterday i teased it. today it's live. biggest update to @Maktabook yet Quran translations now available in 8 languages French. Urdu. Turkish. where did the name @Maktabook come from? i wanted everything you study in the deen to live in one place organized like a library books with chapters and pages Quran → Tafseer → Surah Al-Kahf Quran → Hifdh → Juz 1 Hadith → Riyadh as-Saliheen → Notes structured clean everything in its place and that’s how the name came together: Maktaba (مكتبة) - a place of knowledge AKA library Book — where you write and learn Maktabook try it: maktabook.app

one week ago i launched @Maktabook had tawakkul it would do well and alhamdulillah it did went to bed with 6 users woke up to 60+ and from there it just kept growing one week later: 364 users 108k impressions 3 people who believed enough to support me on @buymeacoffee but what made me happiest wasn't the numbers it was the feedback, the love, and seeing people actually use it that pushed me to work even harder already shipped a bunch of fixes this week Jazakallahu Khairan to everyone who signed up, shared it and sent feedback this means a lot to me, more than you know we're just getting started inshallah the best is yet to come 💚 try it: maktabook.app
