Keane’s personality made him an incredible player but a terrible pundit. His previous experiences contaminate every position he has on things. His punditry is surface level at best, zero nuance and extremely solipsistic. I love him but because emotions control his behavior rather than drive his behavior, his positions on everything are entirely predictable.

Jacob Devaney completed the full 90 minutes as St Mirren preserved their Scottish Premiership status tonight. @ManUtd youngster has had an outstanding loan. I spoke to him earlier this month. bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

Manchester United tax payers paid for your stadium? What relevance has this got to do with the original point? Fine if you disagree with the original point, you’re a City fan, i expect that and that opinion certainly doesn’t provoke me in to attacking your appearance, your ethnicity, your nationality, air disasters and a stadium being bombed 80 years ago by the Nazis.

Pep Guardiola is a great but he is yet to win a European Cup with a team as a manager who aren’t being investigated for cheated. Forget about Fergie, Matt Busby dragged himself off his deathbed and won a European Cup 10 years after 8 of his players were killed, it took Abu Dhabi 15 years to win a European Cup due to highly probable financial doping.

If the 3 midfielders Utd sign are Ederson, Tonali and Matheus Fernandes, how are we feeling about that? Personally, I’d be extremely happy at that.

It’s all good mate, appreciate the apology. Football has no morals and I believe that FFP should be abolished. I would be in favour of financial regulation that attacked debt but it doesn’t for obvious reasons. I can understand why City financially doped, they had an unfair barrier to entry imposed on them and they had no choice but to sign up to the rules. Real Madrid received state aid, Barcelona’s president went to prison, so did Bayern Munichs. Pablo Escobar was allowed to buy football clubs and UEFA/FIFA refuse to sanction people committing a genocide. Pep Guardiola is an undoubted genius, he might be the best ever, he might not but it’s a distinction without a difference to me

@Malachians @SeanWrrlw When it matter who won the game again. In cpl final who won, I'll wait. Fergie had time and money to rebuild every decade, if the league back then was as competitive as now he wouldn't have won so much. 100 pt, 4 peat give pep is flowers. Does not matter who is better, just enjoy

@DameionHal81598 @SeanWrrlw Solskjaer beat pep 3 times in one season, so what? Guardiola is a genius and I personally find the arguments over who is best to be pretty meaningless, it’s all an opinion at the end of the day.

Yes, it gave him an advantage over 99% of clubs. That being said, FFP was obviously regulatory capture created by elite European clubs to prevent clubs like City competing. Certainly those European giants weren’t particularly bothered about responsible financial governance pre Anzhi, pre Abramovic and pre Abu Dhabi because football has always been awash with financial skullduggery. FIFA were up to their neck in it, FIAT doped Juventus, Pirelli doped Inter and Mediaset doped Milan so I do have some sympathy for City. The issue is of course, all clubs were free to do what they wanted back then but that is no longer the case and lots of clubs have been punished for FFP violations or sold players to comply with it.

@Malachians Did his “cheating” somehow give him an advantage that other clubs didn’t have? I’ll burn you down

@joseph89592941 @WealthHex No, it’s an incontrovertible fact that they are being investigated for payments to the CTA between 2001 and 2018. You can claim that you think they’re innocent but you can’t claim they aren’t under investigation

@Malachians @WealthHex This is just nonsense. We saw the games they were far superior with their possession base style football. They dogwalk every team they played. If anything refs allowed the rivals to be way more physical or the games could easily have ended 90% possession for Barcelona.
