@samuelluckhurst Respectfully, Samuel, your synopsis of a “Chelsea squad player” is either deliberately nonsensical or worryingly oblivious. He turned 22 in May and enjoyed 43 appearances last season, after a very successful 18 months in France. Bizarre how some people choose to gain traction.

Circumstances surrounding Santos and Tielemans deals highlights issues in departments at #mufc but they'll soon have depth in midfield. Not convinced by a Chelsea squad player farmed out on loan four times but maybe Santos will thrive in a new environment. Tielemans oozes quality and United should've gone for him years ago. Rarely lasts whenever the club restrict themselves to an age range. Still need an established defensive midfielder.

So if Youri Tielemans rotates with Kobbie Mainoo instead of Ederson, and we were in the market for a profile like Mateus Fernandes/Elliot Anderson, who comes in to do that job alongside Andrey Santos? We had budget £150M for midfielders this summer and they leave £65M. Baleba?

@Muppetiers Santos & Tielmans can only be judged depending on who the 3rd CM is. It could go either a top midfield 3 brought in or very average considering our goals very quick.

This Youri Tielemans deal man... It's getting Bruno G for half the price. I'm honestly floored.
