Always speak clear and confidently. A man's speach shows his value.

Treat a high value woman well. Men should treat women good who are worth it. The problem with most guy is, that they pedestalise a low value woman.

Get in shape. A muscular physique will make you feel much better about yourself. More energy and confidence will dramatically improve your life. And don't forget the legs. They are the biggest muscle in the body and give you the most testosterone.

High value men don't try to qualify themselves to a woman. They know that they are the prize.

Don't tell your woman that you have other options. If you do, she will recognise it herself. Telling her about it makes you look weak and needy.

Most women today are low value. Most men as well.

The more hardship a man has endured, the more capable he is. The more capable, the more valuable. Strong men are made in difficult times.

If a man tells everything to his woman, she will lose respect for him. This is not her fault, it's human nature.
