💣GAMEDEV BURNOUT❤️‍🔥 Are we the only ones? WE ARE SO STRESSED, BANKRUPT, AND BURNT OUT AFTER WORKING ON OUR FIRST COMMERCIAL GAME FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS.😫

We have pitched to so many publishers, & all we’ve received are rejections. We have put our souls into this game. We feel too tired to do anything about the game. We keep working on the story, narrative elements, but even opening Unity & Photoshop feels exhausting for both of us.

We have been so tired of working on games with no money. We were wrong to think money wasn't something we needed to build games & live an indie game dev life. Now, we understand that money is necessary if we want to keep building the games we care about without constant stress.
