Was looking through Fmodel and found this called T_AthenaBackpack_Jupiter, it was added with the Featured Back Bling Icons in v40.10, its the BR55 Battle Rifle from the Halo Games, and uses Master Cheifs ID, might be for an upcoming Halo Collab or was scrapped.
