Lessons learned while rehabbing from a fractured tibia plateau the last 4 weeks! -Injuries suck but the grit of the comeback makes you stronger! -Going back to your roots is good for the soul! I spent 2 of the 4 weeks rehabbing in the beautiful ocean at Akoli Beach Greece, where my Papou (my mom’s dad) is from! NEVER forget where you came from! -Injuries are a mind game… you MUST be a master of the game! -Last but NOT least, knowing God has my back IS THE DIFFERENCE! Thank you so much to my mom and dad for always standing beside me. Thank YOU @Coach_taps for believing in me and taking the time to teach me my ocean rehab workout before I left. I’ll be back stronger than ever for the season, I promise!
