@Uber pathetic way of dealing with payments.i have paid the amount outstanding still doesn't book my ride saying pay outstanding..finally booked the ride then driver says uber doesn't pay us UP tax and cancels for that also I pay cancellation.even after that I cant book the next1

@Paytm I waited for 12 min and connected the video call the guy would disconnect immediately after connecting,when I said there is time lag he said bcoz of ur internet..and told me to call again..this time after 12 min I couldn't connect..adding screen recording.

@airindiain after a long conversation i get the booking cancelled, now they cant refund also you have to send an email to ecommerce and then it will get refunded to mode of payment... realllyy??? in times like today this is unacceptable !!

@airindiain after 24 minutes of holding on for their call centre line you are connected to a executive who asks same question 5 times and after you tell them the issue transfers you to fare desk.. another 11 min of hold, faredesk has no knowledge of rules or refund policy.
