Agents are sorted into tiers, with a team having a set budget of $14 to pick all 5 agents. Agents must be unique, and each map has some restricted roles to prevent overpowered 1st picks.
Lot's of time went into this and it has been a blast to see.

@hxmoody Igl are fewer than none. Its hard to learn to be an igl because its more than just calling the game. It require the person to have a good macro understanding of the game. And being able to make decision when the time comes. You can only be a good igl if you have a good foundation

Calling all coaches & IGLs, is there an IGL shortage? is it worth to learn how to igl? What benefits are there?
Is it standing out from other players? IGLING can be stressful but i can see the benefits so im trying to learn how to igl but its a work in progress (not serious atm)

2027 could be an insane year for T2 and T3 players to prove they're finally good with a LOT of incentives to get better. This should, if done right with TO's outside of Riot helping, be huge. I may be out of business in 2027 though.

Can @riotgames @VALORANT add an accurate hours played counter including customs?
I just ran the numbers i have 3k on my main plus alts - ranked, dm etc and then i think i have more than 15,000 hours scrimming and in customs
so id say around 20,000 hours spent playing val from early access to now

Things we need in Valorant
1. Move people in custom lobby as a host
2. Two coach slots in custom lobbies
3. Coaches being able to team chat and ping in custom games when cheats are on
4. One sided replays, where you can watch your team only without match history on
