kuro games has an long history of poor quality control, up to a point where they ignore blatant bugs outright unless it increases damage numbers couple of bugs still not fixed or addressed: - wanshi not reloading - lillith yellow orb doing no damage - luna qte dissapearing 1/2

The patch notes... Kamui... I'm misunderstanding, right? There's no way they nerfed SS0-no-DLT Kamui after everyone pulled for him, right? Even though this "issue" aligned with his skill description and seemed to be working as intended?
