i relate to gut triad descriptor but not every actual type, i relate to NOTHING about head triad, and i relate to EVERYTHING about heart triad

is that inherently an e6 thing?? i see it more in e4 especially since its rooted in the whole fear of abandonment thing

and then i get super distant and ignorant and it starts so much conflict i do this EVERY time pmo.

but i dont really get the idea of being ‘secure and supported’ in enneagram 6 and ‘wanting to prepare for worst case scenarios.’ only things i can think of that i am is having a fear of abandonment and sometimes preparing myself when i feel like ppl r gonna leave
