This is a well-reported story which dances around the larger trend at play here: Casino industry consolidation means bigger operators choosing to maximize short-term profits over long-term customer satisfaction. The smaller casinos are keeping buffets because people love them.

@televisionaryZW Not a compelling series. Trudged along with a poor title. Having to tell the true story hurt the drama. Didn't earn its emotional moments and I couldn't tell people apart. Not invested in their stories except for Rosie perhaps. It felt too on the nose. I will try Manhunt.

10798. #MastersoftheAir “Part Nine” - I was too nice on the last ep, it was just bad. This one’s better but it’s got too many stories for too little time (even at 80 mins) & still wastes a good third of its time showing things that (I think) simply didn’t happen. A letdown. (C+)
