The “Get hot for summer” saying is overrated. You make excuses all year round, hide yourself and wait for summer to come, and only then start caring about yourself and health just because you want to “show off”? WHY WOULDN’T YOU WANT TO LOOK AND FEEL YOUR BEST ALL YEAR ROUND?

AI is starting to look too real at this point. It’s pretty concerning how 90% of the comments under this video don’t even realise this isn’t real. People who create this type of content steal videos from other creators and overlay their own “characters” onto the original videos. They then try to sell you their “magical” supplements and fitness plans. This is pretty concerning, as it can cause more harm than good. Stay cautious!

@WhitneyGrenaway I also recommend trying without any shoes it had a little bit of weight that makes it more difficult to balance

I spent half an hour after lifting practicing handstands. And FYI, I swear my glutes aren't this big the camera is definitely being kind. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@WhitneyGrenaway I would recommend practicing the handstand before you do any weight lifting this is from personal experience if you need help learn it I can teach you
