Its time to rethink for the selection and training of the civil servants in India. Since last decade not a single govt. body able to manage a city properly. Just basic civil & infra sense required. There is no lack of fund still ..no work on ground ! Small cities looks better

@abhishiekh If this will continue then one day no body need to work as most of basic facilities people get free. Only for the luxurious life someone has to work. Food, Transport, Electricity, Water, Home. Tourism etc. What left!
