Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 It’s a day to remind the ones you love that you are not alone, we are in it together and there’s support available that can help. Mental health can affect anyone. Be brave… there’s strength in asking @manbassadors

Next week, we'll be attending the Walk of Hope networking event for World Mental Health Day. Join us from 10am next Thursday (10th October) at @BLGCofficial to find out about some terrific local services that can support someone in need.

Thursday the 10th of October is World Mental Health Day. Come and join us at @BLGCofficial for a series of walks raising awareness of suicide prevention. There will be stalls, guest speakers and activities. Also on hand will be Living Well staff to have wellbeing conversations.

The additional funding will allow us to enhance the offer to men in Bolton, extend the project for an additional three years and work with local housing providers / councils in Greater Manchester to expand into Salford, Stockport and Wigan in 2025.

We are proud to announce we are finalists for the Heart of the Community category at this year's Bolton Business Awards! A massive thank you to the lads from our Friday Night Football session for putting us up for the award.

Yesterday Saeed played Carrom Board for the 1st time in 50 years!. Last time he remembers playing was in Nairobi, Kenya. Pop down Fridays, 4.30pm Not just #Walkingcricket but bowls, soft archery and badminton as well in the future.
